I was lucky enough to see Nadine in Coventry over the weekend, to watch her perform ‘Fool For Love‘ for the very first time!
Her set list was similar to last summers gigs, but she left out Gossip, and Girls On Fire.
She sang
Sexy! No No No…
Go To Work
Sound Of The Underground
Call The Shots
Fool For Love
Girls Aloud medley (incl. Something Kinda Ooooh/Rolling Back The Rivers In Time/Love Machine/Grafitti My Soul/Untouchable/The Promise)
I was lucky enough to be at the centre front stage. After a few drinks (she didn’t come on stage until after 1am!) I was hyped! The only song i recorded in full was Fool For Love, which i have uploaded onto our Instagram page. I’ll be posting more clips through the week on there so keep an eye out.
Watch below, and whilst you’re here, view the photos over on our Gallery:
The Clapham Grand in London was alive on Friday as hundreds of Girls Aloud/Nadine fans descended on the venue for a pop filled night.
Cardboard cut-outs and amusing meme-style posters were scattered around the venue, along with GA inspired cocktails on the menu.
The backdrop had a massive countdown until it began, and fans waited eagerly for the star of the show. Nadine appeared on stage just after midnight and kicked off with an extended instrumental of Sexy No No No, along with her 4 backing dancers.
Setlist: Sexy No No No Sound of the Underground Go To Work Biology Call The Shots Medley (Something Kinda Ooooh, Rolling Back The Rivers in Time, Love Machine, Black Jacks, Untouchable, Something New/Go to Work, Graffiti My Soul, The Promise)
I’ve added some professional photos in the gallery [HERE]
Also see the below video for the Girls Aloud Medley, its really different!
This month, Nadine covers QX Magazine, a free LGBTQ publication.
It includes a brand new interview and photoshoot. In the interview she covers women in music and Grindr emojis aswell as talking about her show at the Clapham Grand next week.
Check out the gallery links below for the digital scans and high quality photoshoot pictures!
If you missed it last Friday, watch Nadine cameo in Soft Border Patrol, a Northern Irish mockumentary sitcom in the style of a reality television programme based around the subject of the Republic of Ireland–United Kingdom border in a post-Brexit world.
I’ve also added a load of screen captures in the gallery, some cracking moody/annoyed facial expressions!
